The role is largely subsumed by one of the Meeting Roles Reception

Responsibilities are

• Ensure a supply of chocolate fish for Table Topics prizes
• Currently Web Master
• Name badges
• Arrives early for each meeting and helps Reception arrange room at the direction of the Chair Person.
• Provides backup to the Reception to answer all guests and members are greeted and signed in.
• Maintains club equipment and materials ( books? ).
• Assist Secretary in dealing with Supply Catalogue.
